INTRODUCTION
Today Indian elderly population is the second largest in the world. One out of every ten senior citizen of the world lives in India. The aged population of India, which was 56.7 million in 1991, was 75 million in 2001.The population projection made by the Registrar General, India indicates that this number would be 100 million by 2016 and is expected to rise to 137 million by 2021. So the proportion of the population aged 65 and above is expected to increase from 4% in 1990 to 9% by 2030. The traditional support structure of the family is increasingly unable to cope with the problem. In a world where the joint family is breaking down, and children are unable to take care of their parents, millions of elderly face destitution. The emerging demographic profile and socio-economic scenario of the country indicate that matters will worsen dramatically in the years to come. To organize the retired and make them independent, among the same age group. To find safety, security, food and freedom from loneliness for the aged - and provide health care as per the wishes of the individual. We are propose to design retirement community in a green and pollution-free environment. It offers all the comforts of home and privacy, gives you the opportunity to mingle with like-minded people, pursue your interests & hobbies beside a lot more.
